Papayas and Melons



Loads of papayas and melons are back in the Mumbai fruit markets.
Papayas are a rich source of vitamin C and the only natural source of papain, which assists the digestion process by breaking down protein and cleansing the digestive track.
Watermelons are great thirst-quenchers and an excellent source of antioxidants, vitamin C and vitamin A.
So gear up for some healthy eating Mumbaiites while the fruits are available.
