Saturday Photohunter: Theme "Wrinkled"

If wrinkles must be written upon our brows, let them not be written upon the heart. The spirit should not grow old.
-James A. Garfield

Nobody grows old by merely living a number of years.
People grow old by deserting their ideals.
Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up wrinkles the soul.
- General Douglas MacArthur

Age may wrinkle the face, but lack of enthusiasm  wrinkles the soul.
- Danish proverb

To keep the heart unwrinkled, to be hopeful, kindly, cheerful, reverent - that is to triumph over old age.
- Thomas Bailey Aldrich

  15. The quotes are wonderful. So is the photo. Well, it's up to a person to think whether he's young or old. It's all in the mind. :)

  18. Thank you all for wonderful and encouraging comments.
I was taking some 'Wheel' photographs in Sector-17, Vashi for the next week's theme.
The elderly man (he was 80+ but he didn't know how much) came up to me and asked me to take his photo. See how determined he is facing the camera. Then he asked me to give some money for his cow.
After I gave him some coins, he moved on to some shop for his regular visit.
I was wondering what to click for this theme when he came as a blessing in disguise. Ain't I lucky?
