Sooji Ka Halwa


Sooji Ka Halwa is Semolina Pudding, a popular Indian dessert.


It is prepared on festivals and as prasad for poojas and is also a popular breakfast dish in India. In Maharashtra, it is known commonly as 'Sheera'. North Indians call it 'Sooji Ka Halwa'.

    Usually it is very very very sweet!
    But I have tried those that are not so sweet too. :-)

  4. That is quite attractive but if it is to sweet it's not good for me ... I'm not supposed to eat very sweet things. But even so I'll check out the recipe.
