Green Peas

It's green peas (locally called mutter) season and there are plenty of them available in the market. The bright green medium-sized pods are the best choice.

Some of the popular Indian 'green peas' recipes are Alu Mutter, Green Peas Parathas, Mutter Paneer, Peas Pulao and so on. The list is endless.
