Ganesha is one of the most worshipped deities in Hinduism. Devotees believe that wherever there is Ganesha, there is success and prosperity. Ganesh Chaturthi is an important festival honouring Ganesha and is celebrated for 10 days.

Lord Ganesh is very popular in our home...we probably have at least 30 Ganesh statues, plus I carry a carved ruby Ganesh in my purse always!
