Mumbai Terror Attack

Thank you Mumbai Virtual Tourists and friends for your love and concern. I and my family and friends are all safe, and at home for the last two days.

The terror attacks in South Mumbai have shocked Mumbaikars. According to Star News, the rescue operations are over. The beautiful Taj Palace Hotel and Trident Oberoi Hotel has been damaged. Hundreds dead and injured, including 15 from Mumbai police.

The intentions of the terrorists are unclear. Sounds of explosions in the Taj and Nariman House can be heard outside, even now.

  4. I am so sorry you and your family have had to experience something like this. It makes one wonder why are there so many mean people in the world. And people that are always wanting to cause other people harm and to have to live in fear. My heart goes out to all the people there, plus all that have been injured or killed. It's terrible.

  7. our police and military have done their job.... and done it well....

Now we turn to the so called leaders (politicians) to see if what they can do.... will it be only finger pointing and than forgetting.... or will the guilty be found and punished, and security tightened up so that nothing like this ever happen again???

Unfortunately i doubt if we will be satisfied with what they do..

  13. I guess the only way to fight these acts is to move on with life like they never happened. The more the world reacts and cows down in fear, the more the terrorists will be motivated.
